You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use Fernand in a way that violates applicable law.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid features may be subject to subscription fees billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
4. Customer content
You retain all rights in the content you submit to Fernand. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store and operate the service on your behalf.
5. Intellectual property
Fernand and all related trademarks, logos and software are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any such rights to you.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Fernand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising in connection with the service will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Your continued use of Fernand after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
